The history and key dates of our Agency
Founded in 2002 in Saint-Jean-en-Royans by Emmanuel Polge, the agency has developed in the Royans–Vercors sector with a clear vision: to offer a local and trusted real estate service. In 2003, Serge Lassara joined the adventure, followed in 2004 by Guillaume Polge. This dynamic allows the opening of new offices in Romans-sur-Isère and then in Pont-en-Royans.
The team is based on a strong family history and a solid friendship of more than forty years, values that still shape the agency's identity today.
In 2019, the team grew with the arrival of Blandine and Isabelle, in charge of property management. Their expertise and interpersonal skills bring a new dimension to the business.
January 1, 2023 marks a new stage with the creation of the "Polge Roux Syndic" property management unit, headed by Alexandre Roux. The adventure continues, driven by ambition and passion for the profession.
